Onboarding workshop
This week, I had the pleasure of leading an onboarding workshop with the newest faces at Mouna Models. It was a vibrant, energising day focused on more than just introductions. We created space for connection, confidence, and clarity.
As a coach, my role was to set the tone for what it means to show up as a model, not just in front of the camera, but behind the scenes, in their routines, and in how they manage their mindset. We explored:
How to stay grounded in a fast-moving industry
Building a healthy rhythm that supports confidence and consistency
Practical tools for managing perfectionism, comparison, or self-doubt
How to manage rejection
How to stay connected to who you are, not just what you look like.
It was beautiful to see the shift, from first-day jitters to honest conversations, supportive connections, and a real sense of empowerment. The Mouna team made sure the environment felt warm and welcoming, and the models brought openness, curiosity, and energy to the session.
I get excited wondering how each of them grows, not just professionally, but personally too.
