  • Yes, absolutely! All of my coaching sessions are conducted online via a video conferencing platform (like Zoom or Google Meet). This allows me to work with clients worldwide, and I am happy to accommodate all time zones.

  • I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will, unfortunately, result in a charge for the missed session.
