About me

Hi, I’m Sophie

If you feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or procrastination, you’re not alone, and you’ve come to the right place. I specialize in helping (secretly) ambitious people break free from the habits and mindsets that hold them back. Whether you’re managing anxiety, struggling with decisional fatigue, or navigating a big life change, my goal is to empower you with the tools and support you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Journey
& experience:

I bring 6 years of coaching experience across diverse, high-stakes settings, from healthcare to corporate wellness. This breadth of experience allows me to understand the complex interplay between professional demands and personal well-being.

Experience Highlights

  • Behavioral Health & Wellness: Coached patients through evidence-based programs for mental and physical health challenges, including anxiety & depression management, diabetes care, and better sleep through CBT-I (at Galileo).

  • Corporate & Career Coaching: Guided professionals at all levels to find balance, build leadership skills, and achieve personal and career growth (with BetterUp and Ancora Health).

  • Burnout & Resilience: Specializing in helping employees from various organizations build strategies and recover from stress and overload (as a Core Coach with Inuka).

  • Healthcare Research: Contributed to a behavioral health research program at University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), coaching patients with neurological conditions.

I've had the privilege of working with clients from major companies (Booking.com, Ecover) and many private clients seeking personal change. No matter who I’m working with, my focus is the same: to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space and a results-oriented framework for positive, lasting change.

Who I work with
& The problems we solve

Often, my clients are driven and hardworking, yet struggle with a persistent "something" preventing them from fully thriving. My coaching is designed to identify and tackle that “something” in a practical, compassionate way.

Why I Coach

People often ask me why I became a coach. The answer is simple: I’m passionate about helping people feel happier in life and achieve everything their heart desires. I truly believe that everyone needs support in overcoming life’s hurdles, and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative coaching can be. There’s nothing more fulfilling than witnessing a client conquer a fear, have an “aha!” moment, or achieve something they never thought possible.
